Cannot resstore file and folders

  • Cannot resstore file and folders

    I have vmware 6.00u and cv11sp9. I want to restore file and folders. Vm which i want to restore have vmdk and rdm disk raw devices. I use intelisnapp with option to buy aw device map. I create full backup of vsa subclient with this server. When i want to restore i see the vm is mounting register invcenter.but i cannot select the disk I only can choice the machine but get error unrecognized error 74. I also test with selected options backup independed disk I try also manually backup advanced granulary backuo But by restore i get the same error 74 Can someone is helping me? Its this not possible?

    Can you post the restore log from mediaagent and vixdisklib logs.

    restore.log i dont find this

    in vixdisklib.logs i have a lot of this

    i know that only one esx host have or should have access right only the esx proxy. and i know when i make restore folder and file by server which have only vmdk. they have granular option enabled. and by restore i have to choice the esx proxa as host where the disk where be restored. But here i cannot choice it

    Hi Gregor,

     

    Can you check if you see any errors in tasks and events for that respective esx host.

    ALso are you specifying SAN transport mode while restoring

    i have san transport mode. support didnt found any error. they see only vddk block or something like that i forget it. they saud to me i should try to copy contet of vddk 6.5 to my 6.0 which i use at the momment. but i didnt have time to try that. im a little bit afraid that i destroy something when i leave this when next backup will start.so i will close the case probably
