I have this issue "Tapes are showing as 0 bytes after SP14 Upgrade". Then I have update to latest SP15 with Hotfix 7, but the issue does not resolved. I found out that in SP15 it does not has required HotFix that I need to install to resolve the issue which is HotFix-2301.

Is there any other way to install only HotFix-2301 in this current SP15. In older version we can select to install specific patches for an encountered issue.

No the existing update isn't possible to move between service packs. You can open a ticket with support and explain your situation, depending on the update they can request that Development backport the hotfix to a previous service pack. Development may refuse citing regression issues or too many dependancies on other updates.
