    Hello,

Please add the same fields to the report that was in the old report. It's much easier to read the report with Agent and Instance.

    Hi Bart & Henke_H

Would recommend to engage support to review the request and see if a Change Modification can be put in place.

    Hello Henke,

All fields are same in SLA report in Command center and in old SLA report, can you please share service pack details and the snapshot where these Agent and Instance fields are missing.

    Hello Henke,

PDF you are looking is from Metrics SLA details page and the other snapshot is client summary page from reports-> SLA. You need to drill down the chart (click) on particular missed SLA category to get the details of all clients in that category. Hope this helps.

    Hello, thanks for replying.

    Well thats what I did.

It's there I miss the details on what instance missed the SLA in that detailed page.

I don't see a way of further drill down to the missed detailes from there, only to open up the client details.

    Hello,

Instance field is an additional column you can enable in details table.

At the top-right of the table, click Show table menu   and then enable required columns.

    Thanks,

I did find the instance as selectable once I drilled into the specific SLA's.

It is missing on the summary page. though.

Thanks for the information, I will use them going forward.
