    Hi,

Just a minor problem that's been annoying me:

I was testing the Commvault email archive and I am seeing all achieved attachment emails with attachments.

When I select the Quick Look link on these emails, it sends me to http://[mediaagent].fqdn.com, which fails to open, and I get an on screen error. 404  File or directory not found

If I change the link to http://[commserve].fqdn.com,  I can review the email and download the attachment.

Does anyone know what is required to be changed so I can view and download the archived files without this error?

Check the recall service on the mailbox agent.

    Hello,

Please check the recall url in the properties of the mailbox v2 pseudo client.
