Hello.  We are archiving large files on NetApp (20GB+) and they take about 4+ hours to recall.  It recalls just fine, but the problem is the application (Windows Explorer, 7Zip, etc) will crash waiting for the file.

     Questions:

    1. Is there a way for users to initiate a recall gracefully?
    2. Are there user tools to initiate the recall? e.g. Win Explorer plugin?
    3. Is there a way for users to know when files are successfully recalled/restored?

    Thanks,

    Dan
