On occation the "VCBMounter Failed for at least one VM. Error Code 91:11"  shows up in the Event Viewer, but I don't recieve an Alert via email that this has happend.  How do I modify the Alert so when this happens I'm notified?

    Hi radams,

Quick summary for creating email alerts for this type of error:

    1. Go To Control Panel
    2. Alerts
    3. Add Alert for JobManagement/DataProtection
    4. Select Client/IDA/BackupSet/SubClient
    5. Select Threshold/Notification Criteria (select Job Failed/Job Succeeded with Errors)
    6. Select Email for notification
    7. Either manually enter email address or select “available” user and move to “selected” side

     Hope this helps.
