    Hello there,

I have a customer who wants to migrate from eVault to CommVault OnePass. I recommended exporting the archives as PSTs and then importing those in CommVault.

However, we encountered an issue. Lets say a user had an email that was in his Inbox folder that got archived by eVault. Then the user moved the archive email in a different folder. When the archive is exported as a PST and ingested in CommVault, the email appears in the Inbox folder instead of where the user moved/filed it

I know it is a limition of the eVault software and version the customer is using. But my question is, is there a tool that could talk to eVault directly to migrate archives to CommVault so that all the pointers would be adjusted acconrdingly?

I guess not or maybe someone has an idea on a different approach.

    Many thanks in advance.

I find it sad that nobody ever responded to this. It has been so long... I am looking for a solution to this right now, but it seems there is no migration path for this. I would thikn it would have bee worked in within 4 years??

Please confirm if this is for email solutions or file systems as well.
