To expand on Vincenzo's point we certainly will notify you when EOL begins. When a version is EOL'd a sixth month countdown begins for full product support (i.e bug fixes). After that period ends we will continue to support the product for an additional six months within our call centers.
However, if you have a valid maintenance contract and are still running an older version of the product we will provide best effort support but will not be able to engage our engineering staff.
