    CommVault Simpana - V11 Sp8

We planned  catalog server maintenance, catalog servers not available 3 to 4 hours . All Oracle RAC  DB  & archive log backups are configured RCAT  . DB backup configured as IntelliSNAP.

RCAT question..  would an active Backup copy writing data be impacted (fail) if Oracle RCAT is brought down?

    Thanks in Advance
