    Hi Ganesh,

This basically can mean the CS machine could not communicate with the Client machine.  Is there a Firewall in between the two machines that could be present?

That can cause something like this.

    Possible issues:

1)Kill any active job for client.Check task manager for multiple iFind.exe process when there are no jobs running for client. This causes due to hung evmgrc service.

Kill the hung ifind.exe, restart services - job should work fine

2)Communication issue between commserve and client- Make sure commserve can communicate to client FQDN which resolved to correct ip - DNS

3)Check if there is any firewall/antivirus blocking iFind.exe process.Exclude commvault processes from antivirus and firewall if there is any

4)One more issue might be client certificate - check if there is old certificate.Remove it and renew the certificate only if communication is working fine

    Thanks all.

Issues resolved after reintalling the Client agent software to V11 SP15.
