  • install manual hot fixes on client ?

    Hello,

    i've the problem that we have some clients in dmz-zone and some clients are not can install the hotfixes over the comcell side.

    How can i install the hotfixes directly on the client ?   How can i import the nessecary software?

    If your Commserver has internet connection, please use the steps below to populate your software cache.

    Once your cache is ready, please use the procedure below to update your client computers (inside and outside dmz).

    Thank you very much, exactly this workflow i needed.

    The downloaded files save on the client and then i execute the application on the client. Right?
