    Hi there,

What are my options to replicate a CIFS share hosted on a NetApp to a remote CIFS share hosted on Windows Server?

    Hi ricardoduarte

You can consider looking into ContinuousDataReplicator (CDR)

Purpose - ContinuousDataReplicator (CDR) replicates data from a source computer to a destination computer. This is done in near real-time by logging all file write activity to a replication log in the source computer, including new files and changes to existing files.

    Hi Winston,

I wasn't aware, that CDR can be used against CiFS Shares (no local disks).

the other Options w/ CiFS (coming from Anywhere, going to Windows) are:
    - DFS
    - RoboCopy

    windows based tools.
and as always w/ CiFS access you need user credentials given 'Full Control' to all files and folders

    have fun
