Software Cache doesn't show new hotfixes

  • Software Cache doesn't show new hotfixes

    Hi,

    I want to use the 'Download and Sync Cache' feature to download Hotfix Pack 12, but the latest one that shows is 9.  Is there a way to get it to show 12, or do I need to download the installer separately?

    Hi Sheree

    Hotfix pack is available for download only after 21 days it is published. As of now, you can download Hotfix pack 12 seperately and use Copy software to populate it in the software cache.
