Previously for my Commvault Commcell Console, from the main menu I could select Tools -> Add/Remove Software -> Download Software -> Latest Hotfixes for the installed Service Pack and pressing OK, I could easily make the download.

But now on my Job Controller, I see a Download Software error:

    Error Code: [68:507]
Description: Failed to login into downloadcenter. Username or password incorrect.
    Source: commservep01, Process: DownloadSoftware

Do you know where the download settings are for this to correct it?

We're sudently having all kinds of trouble with downloads as well, but that article doesn't resolve the issue, it just fails with different errors now.

Same here. I made the changes from FTP to HTTP and HTTPS, and other errors appear. I even A10 whitelists the two download sites:

    Site: downloadcenter.commvault.com

    URL Prefix: https://cloud.commvault.com

    and other download errors occur.
