Is there possibly somekind of performance tuning document for the webconsole?

We have the Webserver installed in a separate server, about 10% of its resources are use on any given time.

After a succesful login, the site itself is super responsive. If you log out, and log back in, the logon process is fast.

After 8 hours when you try loggin on again, its super slow.

Also, it sometimes gives a error message "We could not connet. Try again later".

I found this article myself too, but unfortunatelly the slowness is not dependant on these.

The Server has 60% of memory free, so TRomcat is not hoggin too much memory.

Single Sing on is working, and the logon is just as slow even when single sing on is turned off.

SecurityProtocol additional setting did not help, either with Kerberos or NTML.

Host file has zero configuration, nothing has been added.

    Yes,

and as one might expect, increasing the IIS session timeout had no effect on the speed of login attempt to the webconsole.
