    Hello,

    i try to do 1-touch restore of a Windows 2012 Server Client.

    The Job starts without any problems and begins with the restore, but stops after the system state restore and seems to hang several hours.

    There is no update anymore in job details and on the VM console i see no progess.

    Also started the taksmgr on the Windows Live client which is starting the restore, and there is no CPU usage or netowrk traffice.

    The clrestore.log seems to loop with these messages.632  280   05/10 20:16:16 18521 FclRestore::receiveRestoreMsgs() - Received FSR_MSG_KEEPALIVE

    Did you get to the root cause of this?

    It appears that i have the same issue.

    Seams to hang on system state, specifically: \[System State]\Components\System Protected Files\c\windows\globalization\icu\icudtl.dat

    Nothing in logs other than no network traffic recieved in XX seconds.  No disk or CPU activity on host.

    This occurs when recovering to original hardware AND when restoring into a VM.
