We have update commserve to V11SP15 yesterday.

The schedule reports are returning the following error:

Error Code: [19:599] Description: Loss of control process scheduledReport.exe. Possible causes: 1. The control process has unexpectedly died. Check crash dump or core file. 2. The communication to the control process machine commservenos might have gone down due to network errors. 3. If the machine commservenos is a cluster, it may have failed over. 4. The machine commservenos may have rebooted. Source: commservenos, Process: JobManager

    Can anyone help with this?

    Hello STG,

Looks like the process is crashing here. Could you please open a support ticket?

    Hi Stg,

Can you please call technique support directly? Technique support will help you to collect necessary information, thanks. Or can you please upload both log directory and crash dump to some places and share me the link? Thanks.
