We will switch the core switch therefore there will be downtime for the commserve.

Do I need to shutdown the commserve server before the core switch upgrade ? if so how to do it ? and how to run it again ?

Or if there is another solution mention it please.

When we have had planned site mantinance where the Datacenter will not be fully functioning, I usually

    • suspend any jobs that may be running
    • stop Commvault services
    • shutdown the commvault servers
