Hello, just curious what others are doing. Is anyone backing up a large number of laptop computers? If yes, how are you validating that their backups are completing properly. We have our laptop computers on an Automatic schedule since we do not know when they are actually going to be powered on.

However, we have recently discovered that the "No Run" CommVault report as well as the "SLA" report are not accurate. Apparently the SLA report does not match properly with the backup history. Laptops are showing up on the SLA report which HAVE been backed up within the SLA period.

CV have notified me they are escalating the ticket to development. So, now I'm curious. How are you identifying these backups and ensuring they are complete?

    Hi Sean,

Can you please send us the screenshots of the reports with mismatch information? SLA, No run and backup history within the timeperiod that you are looking for. We will check this.

    Thanks

    Dinesh
