Anyone having issues downloading software from the CommCell?
Getting this error in the DownloadSoftware log: Failed to connect to cloud.commvault.com port 443
Download software requires access to both downloadcenter.commvault.com and cloud.commvault.com (http://documentation.commvault.com/commvault/v11/article?p=4787.htm) when HTTP or HTTPS is used. Can you please confirm if CommServer has access to both sites using port 443? If yes, can you please post the logging line with error in DownloadSoftware.log?
