If I use the webconsole\sandbox and get Job information I get the below output -

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="no" ?>
<JobManager_JobListResponse totalRecordsWithoutPaging="1">

<jobSummary alertColorLevel="0" appTypeName="Windows File System" backupLevel="UNKNOWN_BKP_LEVEL" backupSetName="defaultBackupSet" commcellId="2" destClientName="tc0pg2xenvw001" errorType="UNDEFINEDERROR" isAged="false" isPreemptable="0" isVisible="true" jobElapsedTime="0" jobEndTime="1594392570" jobId="1141789" jobStartTime="1594392419" jobType="Restore" lastUpdateTime="1594392570" localizedOperationName="Restore" localizedStatus="Killed" opType="Restore" pendingReason="Killed by ideasprod\\brstib. Reason:[].<br>Source: 001, Process: JobManager<br><br>The job was started in a suspended state. The job can be started by resuming the job.<br>Source: 001, Process: JobManager" pendingReasonErrorCode="19:861" percentComplete="100" percentSavings="0" sizeOfApplication="0" sizeOfMediaOnDisk="0" status="Killed" statusColor="black" totalFailedFiles="0" totalFailedFolders="0" totalNumOfFiles="0" vsaParentJobID="0">
<storagePolicy storagePolicyId="0"/>
<userName userId="1" userName="admin"/>
<subclient appName="Windows File System" applicationId="33" backupsetId="1453" backupsetName="defaultBackupSet" clientId="766" clientName="tc0pg2xenvw001" commCellName="001" instanceId="1" instanceName="DefaultInstanceName" subclientId="0"/>
<clientGroups _type_="CLIENT_GROUP_ENTITY" clientGroupId="5" clientGroupName="Production"/>
<clientGroups _type_="CLIENT_GROUP_ENTITY" clientGroupId="9" clientGroupName="All Installed Servers"/>
<clientGroups _type_="CLIENT_GROUP_ENTITY" clientGroupId="26" clientGroupName="Web Console"/>
<clientGroups _type_="CLIENT_GROUP_ENTITY" clientGroupId="55" clientGroupName="Tencent_Clients"/>
<destinationClient clientId="942" clientName="tc0pg2xenvw001" displayName="mn5pg2xdbsw099"/>

If I try to replicate this with a PowerShell script I get

PS C:\Users\brstib\OneDrive - SAS\Documents\PowerShell> C:\Users\brstib\OneDrive - SAS\Documents\PowerShell\GetJobID.ps1
<DM2ContentIndexing_CheckCredentialResp aliasName="47" userGUID="636BA2D8-90D7-4D6B-AE8F-028351E62030" loginAttempts="0" remainingLockTime="0" smtpAddress="tech" userName="PSUser" providerType="1" ccn="0" token="QSDK " capability="1073741824" forcePasswordChange="0" isAccountLocked="0"><ownerOrganization providerId="0" providerDomainName="Commcell" /><providerOrganization providerId=
"0" providerDomainName="Commcell" /></DM2ContentIndexing_CheckCredentialResp>

StatusCode : 200
StatusDescription : OK
Content : <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="no" ?>
<JobManager_JobListResponse totalRecordsWithoutPaging="0"/>

RawContent : HTTP/1.1 200 OK

I don't understand why the PowerShell output is not the same as the sandbox output?

When you run the script in powershell is the user you are using (userName="PSUser") different than the user you are using when using the sandbox? I think if the PSUser user does not have the correct permissions it will not be able to view job details.
