    we have commvault 11sp18.25

Our Vmware synteticfull backups aren't display when we go to the vsa client and display Job history.

we see there only  the incremental backups.

when I go to the job history through the storage policy I see the synteticfull backups jobs ran ok, I see it on every individual machine.

Our synteticfull configured with the options: Run incremental backup before syntetic full.  I was execpted to see snapshots creation on the VMs in the vcenter in the hours of the synteticfull, but I do not see that snapshots have been taken at that time.

    incremantals ran and display ok.

    thank for helping,

    Hi Ravit,,

Yes,  this is expected in V11 Sp18.   In Sp18 Synth full job are not shown at VSA client job history.

This has been addressed in Sp20.   Starting SP20.  Synth full jobs are shown at job history when jobs are ran from VSA cleint level . Synth  full can be run from VSA client manullay or through schedule .  In this case Job history would show the Admin Synth full job  at VSA  client and Synth full job at VM level

Synth full can be run from schedule associated at VM level  or by associating to Automatic Synth full schedue at VSA level .   In this case ,  Synth full admin job will not be shown at VSA client level and we are working on getting this addressed for FR 23  (Tentative ETA)
