    Hello everyone,

How to retrieve informations ( logs ,....) on jobs with the status  "Failed to start" ?

There's no line on the Comcell console about this.

    Thanks for your help.

    Regards

    Hi agmavarok

Usually for jobs that report "Failed to Start" this could be due to other running jobs for the Subclient or other existing operation that is already running.

The JobManager.log on the CommServe will provide further details when you filter on the Job ID

    Regards

    Winston
