From what I can see it looks like there may be 2 possible procedures that you can use to accomplish this task. The first is to use the "Application Free" restore that is available for the Oracle agent. Here is a link to the procedure in the docs:
Basically you restore the backup to disk (as backup files) that can then be transferred to the UAT server. Once there you would need to install the CV agent using "uncoupled" install as the SBT APIs are required for RMAN. (Oracle requirement) Once the agent is installed you can run RMAN from command line (linking in the CV SBT API) and restore the DB from the backup files transferred over from the restore.
Another option would be to create a "Logical Dump" subclient which creates a backup using Oracle data pump/exports. This backup can then also be restored to disk and copied over to the UAT server whereby it can then be imported to an instance using the appropriate Oracle utilities. Of course you would need to get the restored dump files transfered over to the UAT server for the import operation.
