    Hello, im trying to restore an email from ms dag using block level backup, 

    exchange packages are installed on the exchange nodes and the media agent, 

    outlook 2013 64 - bit is installed on media agent

    user has admin previliges on the exchange nodes and the orgnizational management, and its local admin on exchange nodes and has user rights "allow log locally, act as service,as batch, take ownership, backup and restore all directoresز

    on commcell i've done the following:

    configured restore to exchange " typed the exchange nodes" 

    service acc on the dag configured the admin acc for the commcell, and configured a mailbox for it.

    when i try to restore a msg i face the below error

    Hi,

    In subclient properties, in the Advanced Options Tab, have you select the Block level Backup Options -> Optimize for message recovery ?

    yes, optimize for message recovry is checked.
