I am creating a workflow to disable all activity on a commcell and perform some maintenance.  My problem is I cant seem to find a way to disable activity via cli.  Does anyone have any ideas for this?  I dont want to disable activity for individual clients.  Just the Commcell.

    Thank you

Following commandline can disable All Activity at CommCell level.

qoperation execute -af <Path of SetCommCellProperties.xml> -commCellName "COMMCELL_NAME" -activityType ALLACTIVITY -enableActivityType true | false

Example, disable all activity at commcell:
qoperation execute -af C:\XML\SetCommCellProperties.xml -commCellName "DevCS" -activityType ALLACTIVITY -enableActivityType false
