When a stub recall fails in trying to open an archived file via Windows Explorer (either cause file cannot be found or Commvault is unavailable), a user is presented with the following error message:
This file has been archived by Simpana Data Archiver. Please contact system administrator, or check if CommVault services are running.
Does anyone know if there's a way to customize that error message at all? I would like to be able to change the message to say something about contacting our Help Desk.
