    Hi,

We are using the email archiving agent in our environment and use the offline archive data agent. The agent stores a copy of the archived emails within a folder named AddinLM on the client within the users profile.

What happens if this cached copy is deleted or removed e.g theft of a laptop etc.. How can we re-create the cached copy without unrachive all the emails and then rearchiving the emails to create the cached copy on the client?

Also would anyone know the exact dataflow for the archiving agent or point me in the right direction please

    Thanks

There is currently no procedure for rebuilding the offline cache outside of recovering then re-archiving the messages.

What details are you looking for with the dataflow for archiving agent ? the dataflow is basically logging into each mailbox and sending the information on each item to be archived through the pipeline to the media agent where it is written to media
