We have a user trying to recover an archived message, but is unable to do so.  She gets error message that "Operation could not complete successfully."  The Commcell shows " Error Cole: [62:1225] Description:  Actual size of chunk on the disk does not match size of chunk stored in CommServe Database."

    Is this message recoverable?

sounds like something compromised the chunk file.  Is there another copy you could pull the data from (or an earlier job)?

Ended up restoring from the mailbox backup since the archived message seemed to be corrupted.

Nice to hear you got your data back.  Did you see anything on the machine that would cause the chunk to get corrupted (disk error, maybe someone ran chkdsk?)
