    Hi! Since upgrade from 11.15 to 11.17, backup of index server cmplete with error. In the logs I have found 'Failed to get files from solr DB'...&nbsp; any idea how to check/fix the configuration? Thanks, Kay

  • Client Computers - OS Version

    Hi! The OS Version of virtual machines are obsolete within the Java console Client Computers view. The OS Verions within the client properties and in the control center are correct. How can the OS Version of virtual machines be updated/refreshed within the Java console Client Computers view? Thanks, Kay
