    Sounds to me that there is an issue with the file system with a VM you are trying to back up, at least if this error does not occur while not backing up VM's. Check the VM backup and lookup the VM name with a backup time corresponding to the event id time stamp. On that VM perform disk checks so the MFT can be corrected.
