Hi everyone! I'm thrilled to officially join this awesome Commvault Community as your new Community Manager! A little about me: I've spent a good amount of time immersed in the world of online Communities, including at Google where I managed Communities for products like Google News, Publisher Center, Google One, and Wallet. I want you to think of me as your friendly neighbourhood guide, here to make this space even more vibrant, welcoming, and user-friendly. I'm passionate about creating a place where everyone feels valued, heard, and excited to participate. I'm really looking forward to working closely with Damian and Jennifer – you might have seen them around – to continue building on the great work they've been doing with the team and the Readiverse platform, and ensuring this community remains a valuable resource for all of you. My mission is to enhance the community experience, leveraging the resources and expertise within the Readiverse to provide you with the best possible support and knowledge. So, what can you expect from me? A go-to resource for answers: I'll work hard to connect you with the right information, whether it's through our knowledge base, expert discussions, or direct support. In October, I gave you a sneak peak of the Readiverse launch. I also promised it was just the beginning of our new vision for cyber resilience and readiness education. Today, I’m excited to make good on that promise with two new, exciting improvements to the Readiverse. A new Cyber Resilience Certification course The Readiverse now offers a self-guided, online, Cyber Resilience Certification Course . The course focuses on the fundamental principles of cyber resilience, covering topics such as early warning systems, threat detection, and advanced recovery techniques. Participants gain hands-on experience in configuring and integrating Commvault solutions, including mastering the art of Cleanroom Recovery to minimize downtime and data loss. Through a blend of self-paced e-learning modules and hands-on lab sessions, you’ll gain the practical skills and knowledge to protect your organization's assets and the confidence and peace of mind you have the latest skills and knowledge in cyber resilience. A new learning experience We are excited to present this new certification course and our many other learning resources through a new learning experience that makes accessing training, discovering courses, and tracking progress much easier. As part of this process, we are streamlining the experience and are moving away from having separate credentials for the learning hub. To access Readiverse, you can now use your existing Commvault credentials, which are the same ones you already use to access the Support Portal, Commvault Cloud SaaS, and the Commvault Community. Any learning that is currently in progress will be available in your profile in Readiverse. If you’d like to complete your learning experience in the previous system, you can continue to access it here until February 28, 2025. After this date, all learning will fully transition to Readiverse. For partners, we’re working integrating our new learning experience in time for the new partner year. In the interim, partners can continue to access training materials via the partner portal, including the Cyber Resilience Certification for partners.
